
Beginners Yoga

Join us each week for a gentle and welcoming Beginners Yoga class at the Big Bend Community Center.
This class is designed for all levels and abilities—whether you’re brand new to yoga or simply looking for a mindful way to stretch, strengthen, and relax. Our instructor, Sharon Cardenas, will guide you through accessible poses and breathing exercises that help improve flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. Contact Sharon at (530) 966-8909.
No registration required — just bring yourself, a yoga mat or blanket (if you have one!), comfortable clothing, and a water bottle.
The Big Bend Community Center is accepting yoga mat and exercise equipment donations.
